ABOUT THE OWNER…
As the owner of Perfection Spa, Natalia Harness strives to teach and train her staff in advanced techniques in massage and skin care. Educated, graduated and trained as a Physician in Moscow, Russia; Natalia brings unique knowledge to her work with a myriad of clients in her practice. She has taken her medical training to advance her knowledge and understanding of Aesthetics and how combining different aesthetic treatments and modalities can elevate the results of the skin care services her staff provides.
Natalia has also advanced her knowledge of massage therapy during her education and has learned how different techniques can assist with not only managing stress through deep relaxation, but also with chronic pain relief and slowing down the process of aging. Through her journey during Medical School, she was trained in Medical Massages, Cupping, Infant and Prenatal Massages, Manual Lymph Drainage and Anti-Cellulite Treatment.
Her impressive Medical background and unique skill set give her a variety of ways to look at different issues and create truly custom and effective skin care, post op, and massage services that provide visible results and continued wellness.

SPA POLICIES
Cancellations
We do understand that unexpected changes may affect your plans for your appointment. If you need to cancel, please provide at least a 24 hour notice. For Packages or Specials of 2 or more services, please provide 48 hours cancellation notice. For parties of 2 or more, we request a cancellation notice of 72 hours. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a percentage of the value of the total services.
Gratuity
If you would like to show appreciation for your service, we do offer tipping options at our front desk at the time of payment. While card payment tip options are available, cash tips are always appreciated. Generally, tipping percentages range from 15%-25% of the value of the services. For parties of 3 or more, a minimum gratuity of 15% will be requested.
Refund Policy
Series of services are NOT refundable after the purchase. Gift Cards are available for purchase on site. Gift Cards may NOT be returned for cash or refunded for their value. Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
MEMBERSHIP
Month to Month Membership – We believe in relieving your stress, not adding to it, and the perfect outlet for that is our Membership Program. Our Membership Program is designed to allow members to have unlimited Aesthetic, Massage or Wellness services for a discounted price. Membership dues are paid month-to-month and do not have any required long term commitment or enrollment fees. Flexibility is the key to the game with this program… If you have a busy schedule one month and aren’t able to make your minimum monthly appointment, that’s no problem. Your services will roll over into the next month at no cost to you or you can share your roll over service with one additional designated person if you prefer.
